Welcome to the Spacemen’s Luck website. Here we can enjoy our  reminisces from our childhood memories of the age of space.

My name is Thurman “Ray” Plumlee and I am a baby boomer who was born in the mid 40′s (specifically 1947) and enjoyed the radio and TV shows of the 1950′s.  My personal favorites are Science Fiction Theater,  Tom Corbett, Space Cadet, Commando Cody the Rocketman, Rocky Jones, Men Into Space, CDR Buzz Cory of the Space Patrol and Superman.

That is not to say I didn’t enjoy the other shows like Captain Video, Dimension X

With the Russians Sputnik, our Werner Von Braun  and all these fine science fiction TV shows airing it is no wonder the the 1950′s heralded the beginning of the “age of space.”

So come on in and enjoy the “age of space”.
