Journey into Space
Previously in Journey Into Space, Operation Luna, Jet Morgan and his crew took off from the Moon, intending to return to the Earth, but a fleet of strange spaceships based on the other side of the Moon rose up to meet them and, so it seemed, attack them.
Jet and his companions lost consciousness, only to find, when they came round, that they were millions of miles from the solar system and hurtling through outer space at an unimaginable speed.
At first all they see are stars then slowly but surely a small star begins to grow becoming a sun. With another visit by the strange spaceships they find themselves being slowed and taken toward the 3rd planet surrounding tha sun.
The strange planet looks similar to Earth, and the crew land Spaceship Luna on it. After a short excursion outside the spaceship by Lemmy they find that the air is breathable and except for the incessant raining the planet seems completely habitable. They also find that the land near their landing site has a river and has been cultivated and farmed by some unknown beings.

Journey Into Space, Operation Luna episode 7 Originally aired in 1953 as episode 11 but was re-recorded in 1957 as episode 7 of 13 episodes for airing world wide in 1958.
