Atomic power plant entrepreneur Edward Stratton is granted a license to build and operate a breeder reactor. After getting the licence he is immediately blackmailed by a former employee, the ruthless Elsie Bennett (The Lady From Venus), to provide her with plutonium illegally. After getting the breeder reactor into operation the demands for illegal shipments begin. He is directed to ship the plutonium to Mars but sends a false shipment instead. Mr Stratton, being a law abiding citizen, reports The Lady From Venus to the Space Patrol.

After the first blackmail attempt Mr Stratton notifies Commander Corey and Happy who arrive on Venus pretending to be on a pleasure visit and meet with Mr. Stratton at his cabin on the shore of Lake Azure. There arrival is noticed by the Lady from Venus and her henchman Ivan Amond plot to kill Commander Correy, Cadet Happy and Mr. Stratton.

While approaching Mr. Stratton’s cabin they are tricked by the Lady From Venus who pretends to be drowning in the lake. Buzz and Happy attempt to rescue here but art jumped by Ivan Amond and are knocked unconscious.

While The Lady From Venus watches over the unconscious Commander Correy and Cadet Happy, Ivan goes to the cabin to capture Mr. Stratton. While he is away Commander Correy regains consciousness and with a poisonous snake on the branch of a tree over her head and manage to over power The Lady From Venus. Once she realizes there was a poisonous snake over her head she pretends to faint.

Buzz and Happy then head to Mr. Stratton’s cabin where Ivan spots them coming and runs away and rejoins the Lady From Venus who escape to Venus City where they pick up an electromagnetic pump. They pickup the electromagnetic pump with a Atomo Surface Truck

The Space Patrol on Venus track The Lady From Venus and Ivan to a plant she owns through the Albin Company outside of Venus City near the Topaz River. Buzz and Happy catch up to them and are trapped in a warehouse. The Lady From Venus dumps a load of Sodium Potassium Coolant used in a breeder reactor. When exposed to air it catches fire and when exposed to water it will explode. Her plan is when the warehouse sprinkler system activates it will blow the Space Patrollers up in a huge explosion.

But Commander Correy and Cadet Happy manage to escape just before the explosion and capture The Lady From Venus and Ivan Amond.
